Outline

• Player is presented with an overgrown space

• The player marks out an area for their garden

• The overgrown space stays around the outside of the players garden

• Player can click to collect cuttings from the overgrown plants
• The cuttings are placed into the players Hotbar (or inventory if there is not enough Hotbar space)

• The player is prompted to plant the cuttings. A radius of effect is shown around each plant cutting placed.

• Once 2 plant cuttings have been placed near each other, a new breed will sprout in the middle prompting an achievement where the player will be shown what plant they have just made. This info will then be displayed in their garden collection catalogue.

Core gameplay loop

Overtime the overgrown area will keep sprouting new plants for the player to collect clippings from. The player collects different clippings and plants them near each other in different combinations. New plants grow depending on the combinations and the player can take clippings from those too.

The player can also choose to trade plants with friends and breed more plants using the clippings they receive.
