Using Notion There will be 2 separate notion pages under one project to help keep tasks organised.

One to-do list style page which will contain the tasks that need to be completed during development. The subheadings will be: Not Started, Started, In-Progress, Complete, and Notes. Each task will have a person applied to it, which will help Megan, and Aoife keep track of what stage each person is at. Each task will also be tagged with a ‘type’ such as “Research” or “Assets” so that it can be quickly identified at a glance.

The second board will be another to-do list style page but with a specific calendar that will outline what days to post on social media. Megan's personal Twitter profile will be used to share development updates, these don’t have to be polished and will be posted using applicable hashtags.
